Our Group Session workouts are designed to motivate and empower you. Working out alone is tough. Working out in groups is easy!

At Kelli's Body Shop, our group sessions are not “classes” in the traditional sense, but results-driven sessions focused on weight loss and body toning. Every workout at KBS is designed and led by our certified coach Kelli McCall, who is passionate about empowering people to reach their fitness and health goals.
